On Thursday 10 July, our COO Ingrid de Visser-Kamerling took part in a panel discussion during the PLNT Leiden Festival titled “What will the world look like in 100 years?”
Ingrid shared her perspective on what the future may hold when it comes to infectious diseases, vaccine development, and biosecurity. She spoke about the importance of long-term thinking, international collaboration, and building resilient systems to prepare for future outbreaks.
The panel was hosted by Charlie Wulff and brought together experts from different fields, including Maurits Unkel and Raoul Voeten, which sparked an inspiring and thought-provoking discussion.
It’s great to see these crucial topics being addressed with honesty and urgency. The future of global health depends on how we act today.
